We inspect all items that have been returned. Items that have not been returned following the above guidelines will not be given a refund. The item will be sent back at the buyer’s expense.
If you have received the wrong order or your item is faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number. We will send you the correct order or exchange your item once we receive confirmation that the incorrect/faulty item has been sent.
Please note: If an item needs to be returned, you accept full responsibility for the item until it is returned to Project Unfollow. We will not accept responsibility for any item sent back by the customer that has been damaged/lost in transit.
Sale Items are final sale
Full priced items can be returned if conditions are met.
Items purchased using Afterpay can only be returned a store credit. We cannot cancel Afterpay payments even if you send back your order.
All refunds will be processed on the same card used to make the purchase.
Items must be returned within 7 days from the day they were received.
